Brazilian Psalm

"Salmo" (or "psalm" in English) coffee comes from Brazil's Cerrado region. Grown at 1,200 meters above sea level, coffees around this altitude tend to be more sweet than savory. This natural processed coffee is no exception, combining several varieties of arabica beans to create a profile of sweet raisin, earthy dark chocolate, and peanuts & walnuts in the cup.

Home to a dozen neighboring farms in the state of Minas Gerais, the Cerrado region is a vast, tropical savanna -- one of the youngest coffee growing areas in the country. (It's also said to support roughly 5% of all species on earth!)
