Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

This coffee was harvested from a number of smallholder farms around the region. Fruits, vegetables and other "garden" crops are typically grown alongside the coffee which all contribute to the diversity of the land.

It's sweet, bright, medium bodied, with hints of 🌺 floral honeysuckle & 🍋 lemon in the cup.

Sometimes called "the birthplace of coffee," the lush mountain region & cool-yet-consistent temperatures prolong the growing season, letting the fruit of the coffee plants develop in complexity.
